GENERAL FRANCHISE CONDITIONS

Location Selection

  • The franchise location must be in central areas with high foot traffic.
  • The exterior of the rented location must feature the standard "Hamido Baklava & Fıstık" signage, and the interior design must comply with corporate standards and the approved architectural project.

Franchise Fee (varies by city and country)

  • Local Franchise: 500,000 TL – 1,000,000 TL (+VAT)
  • Distributor Franchise: 1,000,000 TL – 2,000,000 TL (+VAT)
  • International Distribution: 50,000 – 100,000 EUR
  • International Regional Protected Franchise: 30,000 EUR

Deposit Fee

  • A deposit of 500,000 TL is required. This can also be provided as a bank guarantee letter.

Product Sales Policy

  • No other brand's products can be sold in Hamido Baklava & Fıstık franchises unless approved by the management board.

Capital Requirements

  • The total investment required to open a franchise ranges between 3,000,000 TL and 8,000,000 TL, depending on the size of the location.
  • Estimated costs per square meter range between 40,000 and 50,000 TL.

  • Discounts provided to franchisees range from 30% to 35%. The average profit margin is around 50%.
