Delivery Terms

hamido.com.tr the products we offer to you in our store are natural products specific to the Gaziantep region. The orders you have placed among these products can be delivered on the same day between working hours on weekdays (Dec 09:00 - Dec 16:30).

 

- If you have placed an order with the money order/EFT option, if you have deposited the order amount in full to our specified bank accounts by 16:30, your package will be delivered on the same day. if the fee has been credited to our account after 16:30, your cargo will be delivered to the cargo on the next business day.

It is likely that your package will be at your address between 24-72 hours depending on the city you are in.Dec. Except for ordinary cases (your location is far from the center, the cargo company's delay, your address is insufficient, you are not present at your address and other adverse conditions), your cargoes will be at your address within the specified time December.



- If you are not at your address during delivery, your package will be delivered to the cargo company we have contracted closest to you. From now on, you will be asked to go to the cargo branch and pick up the delivery.
