From the Pen of a Gourmet Who Came to Visit Gaziantep

"Recently, I visited the Osmangazi branch of Hamido Baklava & Fistık, which continues its activities together with the best baklava masters of our city. I wanted to get some rest and order our holiday baklava. At Hamido, the staff met me at the door. We sat down, had a mutual tea, chatted.
